About the job:
You will have the ability to create high performing virtual teams across multiple suppliers to ensure successful service delivery. You will be working alongside Senior Infrastructure Managers, Architects, Suppliers and Partners. You will be a central point of contract when making technology related decisions/service improvement plans. Infrastructure Managers may be actively involved during incident management or service restoration. Key Accountabilities:
You will adhere to the Infrastructure Management procedures, processes and standard to ensure there is consistency across the towers and delivery of programmes. You will keep a detailed Tower Profile where applicable, developing a detailed profile for your respective Infrastructure Tower. You will develop a clear understanding of the contractual commitments for your respective Infrastructure Tower.
You will identify and report all risks and issues related to your tower that are causing incidents and/or are having (or could have) an adverse effect on service performance. You will prioritise the development of recommendations and mitigation activities. Creating Infrastructure improvement plans related to infrastructure technology towers to improve the quality of service.
Where required to you will attend collaborative workshops, meetings and events to develop good working relationships with key business stakeholders, suppliers and vendors. You will identify key stakeholders for technologies within your infrastructure tower and use them as a source of information to challenge and support your design. You will manage your professional development and identify opportunities to enable you to be come a subject matter expert for your respective infrastructure tower.
