Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Director with 19 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio Management and Delivery Management. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the management of multiple projects within the portfolio to ensure they align with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers to ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project delivery team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all project activities.

  • Possess a strong background in Portfolio Management and Delivery Management.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Show proficiency in risk management and mitigation.
  • Display a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
