Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of site IT desktop support specialists, ensuring high-quality end-user support and local IT services.
• Audit site operations and strategic roadmaps to identify opportunities for process automation and digital resilience
• Consult with leadership to implement digital workflows and transformative technologies that streamline operations and meet strategic targets
• Partner with site leaders to modernize business applications and optimize the performance and cost of digital solutions
• Communicate IT issues, risks, and status updates clearly to site leadership.
• Collaborate with ERP Product Management and local ERP business analysts to support ERP initiatives and business transformation programs.
• Support continuous improvement and forward planning for site IT capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in IT roles supporting aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing teams or leading site-based IT operations.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Experience in ERP transformation, data analytics, or infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in a matrixed IT organization.

Education Required: College Degree or Equivalent

Travel Percentage: 5-10
