Overview
PUBLICIS MEDIA CONTENT
Publicis Content is a multi-disciplinary team designed to make and distribute content that consumers will read, watch and share. Working across Influencers, Media Partnerships, Social and Web/Search, we plan, make and measure awesome content for global brands.
We are looking for a Influencer Campaign Manager to join the incredible Publicis Media Content team. Reporting into the Account Director, you will be required to manage and execute multiple influencer campaigns across a range of UK and global clients, sectors and social channels. You will also be responsible for project managing the end-to-end delivery of your campaigns from initial response through to campaign activation, talent content creation and post-campaign reporting, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and deliver agreed KPIs
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management, from creator discovery and vetting to contract negotiation, activation, content approvals, publishing, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards.
- Develop strategic influencer marketing plans using audience, market, and business insights, delivering data-driven recommendations aligned to client objectives.
- Manage client relationships as a trusted day-to-day contact, challenging briefs where appropriate and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Paid Social, Creative, Finance and agency partners) to integrate influencer activity into wider content and media strategies.
- Oversee budgets and operational processes, including Scopes of Work, financial tracking, reconciliation, invoicing, and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the influencer ecosystem, including creators, talent agents, platforms, and internal stakeholders, while championing the role of influencer marketing.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Strong influencer marketing and creator management expertise, with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end campaigns - from talent sourcing and negotiation to content delivery, usage rights, and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape, including platform trends, audience behaviour, retail media connections, and evolving best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with influencers, agents, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven project and operational management capability, managing multiple campaigns, timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and compliance requirements across markets.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using influencer management and insights platforms to inform strategy, optimise performance, and measure success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently, guide teams, challenge thinking constructively, and drive creative and strategic outcomes.
