The Influencer & Talent Manager role is an exciting opportunity to develop and drive global influencer and creator marketing strategies that support brand initiatives with a focus on brand building, storytelling, cultural relevance. This role is pivotal for driving talent casting and brand elevated content on owned and earned channels. Reporting to the AVP of Community, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Organic & Paid Social, Press & VIP, Partnerships, Growth, Merchandising, Product and Creative teams.

What you'll do

Influencer Strategy & Execution:

• Develop world class global influencer marketing strategy for Upper and Mid Funnel programmes to drive brand relevance through both organic and paid partnerships

• Lead strategy and execution, creating programmes that build brand stickiness and value generation for US and UK regions, developing/nurturing relationships with our growing collective of influencers

• Oversee influencer programmes from concept to execution, inclusive of: selection, outreach, contract negotiation and campaign execution

• Establish a measurement and reporting structure to evaluate influencer impact on a monthly and quarterly basis, across both brand metrics (i.e. organic reach), sales (i.e. attributed orders, product uplift) and new customer acquisition

• Work closely with the Influencer Affiliate team on strategy to ensure cohesion of influencer ecosystem and funnel

• Manage budget reporting monthly and quarterly on spend performance

Content Creation & Amplification:

• Identify and build meaningful relationships with individuals that can grow Monica Vinader's brand reach and drive conversion through content creation, brand and product amplification, and product education and validation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop briefs for content creation from concept to execution, managing talent-led campaigns and influencer activations

• Work closely with the Community, PR and eComm teams to seamlessly integrate and amplify influencer content on owned channels

• Work closely with Press & VIP teams to ideate celebrity talent casting for larger campaigns, ensuring cohesion with paid VIP placement strategy

• Identify innovative new influencer and creator partnerships and initiatives that support and amplify brand partnerships, retail expansion and experiential activations

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in influencer marketing at a global fashion or lifestyle brand

• Creative flair teamed with a commercial mindset and an organised approach

• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok)

• Passionate and adept at building communities with the ability to market at the speed of culture

• Growth hacking / business & brand development mindset - obsession in growing community, awareness, and revenue.

• Experience with contract negotiation and management. Experience with influencer platforms an asset.

• Experience communicating plans to senior management (VP-level decision-makers) as well as with colleagues from technical and non-technical background

• Strong data analysis skills; the ability to run and synthesise data in order to identify areas of opportunity for amplification.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities

• Entrepreneurial spirit, with passion to get things done

• Ability to work autonomously, multi-task and search out new opportunities with tight timelines.

• Ability to problem solve, think beyond a brief, and be a self-starter.

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Travel Requirements

Regular travel to our Norfolk / London office may be required.
