Influence Internship - Ignite Summer Programme 2026

Step into the fast-moving worlds of PR, sustainability, and creative communications with the Ignite Influence Internship. Over 10 immersive weeks, you'll rotate across MSL, Salterbaxter, and Taylor Herring -three award-winning agencies shaping culture, reputation, and impact for brands around the world.
Whether you're curious about storytelling, passionate about purpose, or excited by campaigns that make headlines, this is your launchpad.
Responsibilities
You'll experience three unique routes: Public Relations , Sustainability Strategy , and Communications & Marketing- working on real campaigns and client projects.
What You'll Be Doing
MSL - PR & Creative Campaigns
- Support press activity, media sell-ins, and social content
- Work with creative teams to develop bold ideas
- Help plan and deliver events that make an impact
- Conduct insights research to strengthen pitches and campaigns
Salterbaxter - Sustainability Strategy
- Explore ESG and how businesses tackle sustainability challenges
- Contribute to live client projects and purpose-led strategies
- Carry out research and analysis to support recommendations
- Work with Advisory teams to build project and account skills
Taylor Herring - Communications & Marketing
- Support comms campaigns and day-to-day client work
- Take part in journalist outreach and media sell-ins
- Research brands and help build compelling client decks
- Get exposure to a wide range of creative marketing projects
Group Project
- Team up with your cohort to crack a real business challenge
