We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be ableto lead and manage the RESET Inclusion Room where students complete work, accessbehaviour interventions and tutoring to close knowledge gaps.

The Inclusion Manager is a crucial role as we set to furtherdecrease the number of suspensions and permanent exclusions through increasingour in-school provision so that students who would have previously completedwork at home can engage with classroom work in a calm, quiet environment.

The Inclusion Manager will be able to deescalate behaviourso that students that need a 'short stay', can RESET behaviour, reflect upontheir actions and return to lesson. They will work closely with SENCo,behaviour team and classroom practitioners to adapt resources, monitor progress, andpromote an inclusive learning environment where all students including those withSEND, mental health challenges or who may have experienced trauma are able to thrive.
