About this Role
The appointedcandidate will be joining an existing dynamic, flexible, resilient andhardworking Pastoral Team, supporting students across all year groups. Theposition holder will provide immediate support for behavioural incidents whichtake place and work with students, parents and staff to support a smoothreintegration back into the learning environment. A natural empathy, caringnature and proven experience of working with children are all essentialrequirements for this role.
