Implementation Manager - EMEA
Implementation Manager EMEA will partner with clients through the lifecycle supporting implementation, ongoing success and continued expansion of their use of Symplicity solutions. You will not only be a solution expert,but maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Symplicity. The role will have you working closely across functional areas to ensure that that our team is responding to client challenges and performing at the highest possible levels.
Responsibilities
• Become a subject matter expert in Symplicity solutions and the way clients use them
• Execute client workshops that map Symplicity solution alignment to client business requirements
• Establish and deliver on initial client implementation including project plan, system configuration & training
• Manage client projects ensuring that deliverables & timelines are met with high-level of communication at all stages.
• Advance a trusted advisor relationship with Clients ensuring that they are maximising their ROI from Symplicity solutions.
• Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client base and work with Account Executives to advance these opportunities.
• Develop and share client success stories in partnership with the Symplicity marketing team.
• Assess client risk and work across the Symplicity team to implement solutions that ensure a high-level of client satisfaction
• Encourage customer feedback and participation through webinars, roadshows and feedback sessions.
• Work with the operations team to assist in any issues, invoices, and new sales quotes.
• Act as a client advocate amongst the internal Symplicity teams frequently liaising with Client Support, Technical Specialists,Engineering, Marketing & Sales.
• This role may require you to travel to client sites from time to time.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Detail oriented; problem solving skills

Must have
Knowledge of how UK Higher Education operates
Experience working in UK Higher Education/EdTech sector
Able to run implementation projects with multiple clients
Able to coach client's team on product functionality
Based within the UK
