Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our vibrant Bristol office with hybrid or remote working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a Pensions Administration role where they have gained knowledge and experience of working in an administration team as a user, or in a system support position.

The Role

As an Implementation Manager you will be working closely with the BSG management group to achieve the company's objectives, line managing a diverse group of subject matter experts as part of the larger Data and Calculations team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Line Management
• Ownership of Team Workstreams
• Automation configuration and coding across multiple platforms
• Ownership of key relationships with internal and external parties
• Review of an area of team processes and audit requirements.
• Advancement of administration systems and toolsets

Your profile

Essential Criteria

• Experience in the leadership of a team
• Proven experience of working within an administration team as a user, or a system support position in the pensions industry is required.
• IT proficient, with an emphasis on using Excel.
• Proficient knowledge in benefit structures and calculation requirements for DB, DC and Hybrid pension schemes.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of working with common pension administration systems and third-party IT suppliers is desirable e.g. PenScope, Compendia, ProFund.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Visual Basic is not required but may be beneficial.
