XPS Administration is experiencing high growth and we are now looking to hire a Implementation Manager to join our vibrant Bristol office with hybrid working.

The role:

As an Implementation Manager you will be working closely with the BSG management group to achieve the companies' objectives, line managing a diverse group of subject matter experts as part of the larger Data and Calculations team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Line Management
  • Ownership of Team Workstreams
  • Automation configuration and coding across multiple platforms
  • Ownership of key relationships with internal and external parties
  • Review of an area of team processes and audit requirements.
  • Advancement of administration systems and toolsets

Your profile:

We are looking for a Implementation Manager with previous experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth. This role requires...

  • Experience in the leadership of a team
  • Proven experience of working within an administration team as a user, or a system support position in the pensions industry is required.
  • IT proficient, with an emphasis on using Excel.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Visual Basic is not required but may be beneficial.
  • Experience of working with common pension administration systems and third-party IT suppliers is desirable e.g. PenScope, Compendia, ProFund.
  • Proficient knowledge in benefit structures and calculation requirements for DB, DC and Hybrid pension schemes is desirable.
