You'll be joining our Overseas Resourcing Team.

• The role is permanent and full-time
• Ideal candidates will be able to commute to our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) with flexible hybrid working arrangements available
• Joining a close-knit team of 5 including line management responsibilities for 2 of the team members
• On-site parking and canteen facilities are available at our Support Centre

Your future, your role

As an Immigration Manager you'll be:

• P laying a pivotal role in the timely and efficient processing of visa sponsorship requests, while providing leadership and oversight to a team of Immigration and Relocation specialists
• Responsible for providing advice and guidance to the business on immigration issues and the prevention of illegal working
• Working closely with our Onboarding and Resourcing teams to manage overseas candidates through the process
• Ensuring sponsored self employed contractors and employees comply with sponsorship requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a team leader/manager role, preferably within HR, Legal, or visa processing environments
• Demonstrable experience and understanding of employment-related immigration rules and sponsorship processes
• Experience of working with the Home Office SMS
