As our Nightshift Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the night hours. You'll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing all hygiene operations during the nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style.
• Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues.
• Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements.
• Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management.

Requirements

• Experience in hygiene management in a food manufacturing environment, ideally during night shifts.
• A good understanding of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A friendly and approachable manner to foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
• Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential.
