Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding HR practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and establish performance improvement plans.
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
