Essential criteria
- Degree or equivalent level of knowledge
- Management/Team leader qualification or willing to work towards
Knowledge, Training & Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of providing a service to patients/customers
- Experience of Microsoft Office products
- Experience of managing a team
- Understanding of the clinical administration pathway
- Experience of conflict resolution
- Experience of working within the General Data Protection Regulations 2018
- Experience of using electronic systems
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
Desirable criteria
- Experience of managing the administration department in an NHS Organisation
- Experience of the Clinical administration pathway
- Project/Change Management Experience
