Hub Operations Manager:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sustainable transportation? Zoomo is seeking a results-driven Hub Manager to spearhead our operations in Bermondsey.

As Hub Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll oversee all aspects of our Bermondsey hub, from B2C operations to B2B fleet management and community engagement.

Your Mission:

  • Drive business growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious revenue, profit, and market share goals.
  • Lead with excellence: Oversee all hub operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships: Foster partnerships with customers, local authorities, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop a winning team: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Zoomo's values.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Create a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Represent Zoomo: Be a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership: 5+ years of successful fleet management experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales, profit, and P&L goals.
  • Operational expertise: Experience managing large teams and complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Strong analytical skills and a focus on using data to drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and inspire teams.
  • Multitasking and prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple departments, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, FMS, and retail POS systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset: A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team leadership: A proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
