About the role
You will lead and advise on new, emerging, and present Health and Safety risks associated with new business opportunities, estates assurance, supplier risks and programme delivery.
Support the Commercial teams in ensuring Health and Safety Risks and Opportunities are identified within the business impact assessment process for existing & potential new business opportunities.
To drive forward a positive safety risk agenda, promoting demonstrable cultural growth.
Act in the capacity as Cornerstone Health and Safety risk representative on internal and external Industry Forums and Working Groups.
Support the Supplier Governance Manager and the Procurement Team on Supplier Health and Safety risks, approvals, governance, escalation, and safety performance consequence management.
Support and advise project delivery and operational teams on existing, and emerging health and safety risks.
Implement a robust Construction Design Management Framework (CDM).
Conduct supplier management system audits.
Produce effective management reports

Experience
Good regulatory knowledge and of the mobile infrastructure industry
Enterprise risk management
ISO45001 Audit Experience
CDM Framework

Desirable
Delivering projects within a telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure
Knowledge of ISO45001 and evaluation of Heath and Safety Compliance

Qualifications
Preferred NEBOSH Certificate in construction (or General as a minimum)
Previous experience working in construction safety or CDM coordination role
IOSH registered member or ongoing with CPD
Hold or committed to working towards a Level 5 or 6 OHS diploma within 12 months of starting the role
Hold or committed to working towards a recognised Risk Management Qualification within 12 months of starting the role
