  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless event promotion and execution.
  • Engage with industry partners and associations (e.g. IAB, industry awards, conferences, trade shows) to build strategic collaborations.
  • Own and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and effective resource allocation.
  • Track event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Leverage analytics and feedback to optimise future event strategies.
  • Proactively research new event opportunities that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Travel as needed for site visits, planning meetings, and on-site event execution.
  • Contribute and collaborate on both regional and central marketing initiatives.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude, embracing a collaborative and fast-moving work culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps for Work, and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
