Shift patterns: 37. 5 hours Monday - Friday Day Shift
Location: Bellshill - ML4 3NW (will also support the Aberdeen site remotely with monthly site visit)

We're now looking for a HSE, Facility and Security Manager to lead our compliance, quality, safety and site-management agenda, driving operational excellence across all HSE, facility, and security functions.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory legislation, while driving the achievement of monthly and annual HSE objectives aligned with the performance management framework
• Lead and coordinate site-wide HSE initiatives, champion adherence to the HSMS, and support the implementation of HSE and BCM policies, actions, and improvement programmes across all allocated sites
• Maintain and continuously improve site QMS processes to meet operational, customer, and accreditation standards; champion a "right first time" culture through effective root cause analysis and strong engagement with site teams and customers
• Support, motivate and develop the teams to meet customer requirements and operational targets, ensuring quality excellence and legal compliance across all operational activities
• Oversee, coordinate and manage all site facilities and security functions, ensuring safe, secure, efficient and compliant operations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Practical experience in an operational Health & Safety role, ideally within warehouse and transport environments, with the ability to apply H&S principles effectively in fast-paced operational settings
• Qualifications: NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential). NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, and/or NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management (desirable)
• Ability to develop and implement H&S improvement plans, deliver standardised programmes, and work confidently towards measurable targets
• Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels and contribute positively to safety, quality and compliance culture
• Experience managing facilities functions (including coordination of contractors) and involvement in managing or supporting a Quality function within an operational environment. Knowledge of COMAH regulations is desirable
