About The Role

We are currently recruiting to expand our brilliant staff team and strengthening it further in all areas of the school and college. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled HR, Social Network and Fundraising Manager with a "can do" attitude to join our dedicated staff team. Extensive HR experience is essential. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach, exemplary communication skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and individually. This is a part time, term time only (plus INSET days) position for 3 or 4 days a week.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Dorset Grade 12 SCP 33 to 39 depending on experience
Closing Date: May 10th 2024
Interview Day: 16th May 2024

The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position, at the time of advert, based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. We will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.

Beaucroft is expanding to accommodate more pupils throughout the school and at our new College, a brand new Post 16 facility based in School Lane, Wimborne, which opened in June 2023. These are exciting times for everyone involved with the school.
