HR Service Center, Regional Manager - APAC & EMEA

Fitch Group is currently seeking a HRSC Regional Manager for our HR Service Center based out of our Manchester office. The Fitch HR Service Centre manages the administrative elements of the employee life-cycle from new hire onboarding, transfers through to leavers and plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee and new hire experience. Team members are based in the United Kingdom, United States and Singapore and we cover all businesses within APAC, EMEA, North America and Mexico.

We'll Count on You To:

  • Team Management and Leadership:
    • Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the HR service center team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Striving for excellence in operations
    • Training and Development: Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
    • Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Service Delivery:
    • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all employees and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze service center metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on service center performance to senior management.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other HR teams, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
    • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the team and with other departments.
  • Technology and Systems Management:
    • HR Systems: Oversee the use and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant technologies.
    • System Enhancements: Identify and implement system enhancements to improve service delivery and user experience.
  • Process Automation:
    • Recognize areas & implement RPA to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks like data entry, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
    • Guide the HR team through the digital transformation process, ensuring a smooth transition to AI and RPA technologies and addressing any resistance to change

What You Need to Have:

  • Extensive experience in managing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of HR professionals, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies, along with the ability to streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Background in delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of EMEA & APAC employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance and managing HR-related risks.
  • Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication
