DWF is currently recruiting for an HR Project Manager to come and join the team in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

This role will be an integral part of the global HR team and drive key activities across functions as well as supporting the HR Project Lead and the wider HR function on a various range of projects.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for handling multiple projects of various sizes and engaging with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT & Risk as well as external stakeholders. The role involves significant work in Excel, managing data, and creating reports, with the expectation that the candidate is proficient in basic Excel functions. You will also need to have an active approach, as you will actively help move projects along, rather than just tracking progress. You will also play a key part in ensuring that we are continuously improving with our employee experience. There will also be some other ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

Essential

  • Organisational Skills: Organisational skills are crucial for your role, as you will need to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding HR processes and the employee lifecycle is essential, as the role focuses on HR-related projects and improving employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: The ability to manage stakeholders across different departments is important to be successful in this role.

Desirable

  • Experience with Project Management
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Proficiency in HR platforms such as Bob, ICIMS, Access & ADP.
