We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our EMEA team, leading on existing and new programs for the region. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and our CoE teams to design and deliver initiatives. From performance and talent management, succession planning to organisational design. You'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing culture that supports continued growth!

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Design and oversee initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, and career pathways to support individual and organizational growth.
  • Manage performance processes to align employee performance with business goals, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
  • Collaborate with leaders to structure teams and roles that support strategic priorities and future business needs.
  • Coordinate key HR programs, including salary and bonus reviews, talent reviews, and workforce planning, ensuring consistency and regional alignment.
  • Analyse talent trends and challenges to develop innovative and measurable solutions addressing organisational needs.
  • Implement initiatives to promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive, engaged work culture.
  • Oversee the rollout of new or updated programs, ensuring smooth implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field is a plus.
  • A passion for developing talent and helping individuals and teams reach their potential.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
  • A proven ability to manage complex projects from strategy to execution.
  • Robust business acumen and the ability to confidently partner with senior leaders.
  • 10+ years' experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent management and organisational development.
