HR Change Partner

Job Description

As a senior change leader, you will play a vital role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives and shaping the future of our organisation.

If you are passionate about driving change, have a deep understanding of change management principles, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced and inclusive environment, this role is perfect for you.

  • Lead and drive the execution of strategic projects / people focussed initiatives
  • Support the end-to-end management and oversight of complex programs, within schedule and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage customized project plan tailored to requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting risks, and providing sufficient project details, metrics, and assessments as warranted.
  • Maintain solid relationships with key external (e.g., vendor etc.) and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather data and create presentation material / senior-level talking points for internal and external reporting and communication purposes.
  • Initiatives will include stakeholders across the business, i.e., technology, product, operations, servicing, marketing/ communications, and legal/ compliance
  • Define, execute, and enhance processes and controls required to manage/govern people accountabilities.

This is a field based role, with the requirement to travel to Maidenhead & Venues as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience of multi-site, retail/hospitality business
  • Extensive experience of managing HR transformation programmes - large scale
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and relevant legislation
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Full Driving License
