HR Consultancy (also known as HR Business Partnering) consists of HR Business Partners and County Leads around the globe, who provide consultancy services and advice to managers and employees within the organisation by facilitating the execution of HR solutions and supporting the growth of the business and its overall strategy.

You are responsible for providing support to the Head of HR Consultancy. Your role involves organizing, supporting, and completing a variety of duties and responsibilities within the global HR Consultancy team. This includes analytical tasks, project management, and administrative functions. You will prepare executive presentations, participate in assigned projects, compile and analyse data, orchestrate multiple concurrent activities, and interact with individuals and groups both within and outside the global HR function, including (HR Product Houses).

What you will do:

HR Business Management

  • Support Head of HR Consultancy and HR Consultancy team on cyclical HR processes, e.g., engagement survey, year-end compensation review, promotion process, etc.
  • Assist in the review, alignment, and implementation of global HR processes in collaboration with HRBPs
  • Actively drive and/or contribute to major change initiatives and engage in firm-wide projects
  • Partner with HR Product Houses, HR Operations, Business Managers of other functions, and other departments, e.g., Finance Workforce Controlling, on implementation and execution of HR processes and projects, and any other HR Consultancy related matters
  • Work closely with Digital HR Solutions team and other HR Product Houses to steer the people analytics and insights agenda
  • Lead or support global/regional/local projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Contribute to overall development of the HR Consultancy and Global HR community and actively support the HR initiatives
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Executive Support

  • Provide executive administrative support, i.e., calendar and travel management, as needed to Head of HR Consultancy
  • Take lead on conference call and on/offsite meeting organisation, i.e., agenda, minutes, meeting and discussion notes, and follow-ups with respective parties

What You Bring:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree), preferably in financial institutions.

Skills:

  • Excellent digital literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, handle ambiguity, and perform under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal, team playing and communication skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and diplomatic approach.
  • Comfortable working in an international, diverse, and interdisciplinary environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
