Are you a motivated housing professional with a passion for preventing homelessness and supporting vulnerable residents? We're looking for an experienced Housing Solutions Manager to lead our busy Housing Solutions Team and help shape the future of housing solutions across East Hampshire.
In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership on homelessness prevention, rough sleeping initiatives, and the delivery of high quality housing advice. You'll work closely with Housing Association partners, councillors, and statutory agencies to ensure our services meet legal duties, respond to emerging pressures, and deliver real impact for our communities - including programmes such as Homes for Ukraine and Afghan Resettlement.
You will manage a committed team, oversee key budgets and grant funding, drive service development, and contribute to wider housing strategy and policy, this role also has links in and oversight of Safeguarding.
We're seeking someone with management skills, in-depth knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, and proven experience delivering housing solutions services with an emphasis on prevention within a local authority setting.
