Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for temporary cover for the period of around 12 weeks.

In this role, your focus will be on proficiently overseeing on-site operations and resources while delivering outstanding customer service to the tenants of the facility.

As the House Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining comprehensive records and adhering to emergency protocols
  • Assisting in the coordination of events and activities
  • Engaging with potential homeowners and tenants, acquainting them with the organisation and the array of services provided
  • Addressing inquiries related to various aspects of organisational management
  • Assuming accountability for all aspects of Health and Safety, including reports, procedural adherence, inspections, maintenance, and security

We would love to see your CV if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer-centric environment, ideally within the housing sector
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong orientation towards customer service
  • The ability to uphold high standards of personal conduct and professional relationships
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and work autonomously

This is a part-time, temporary role working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm, the role is due to start in January 2025. The payrate is £11.44 per hour + holiday pay and is located near Llandudno.
