Position: House Manager

Location: Homechurch House BH23

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1230 Friday 0800 - 1200

Salary: £14,000 - £14,750 per annum

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

The House Manager plays a central role in managing the day-to-day operations of a retirement development consisting of 34 apartments. The position serves as the primary liaison between residents and the management team, focusing on resident care, property maintenance oversight, and ensuring the smooth running of communal facilities.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a House Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
