About the role:

Playing a pivotel role in leading the operation and a team of over 150 people, you will:

• Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
• Strive for operational excellence in everything we do.
• Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
• Embed and bring to life our tools that drive the very best guest experience.

About you:

An inspiring leader with a burning passion for hospitality, you have a proven pedigree in operations and will be excited to take the hotel to the next level. You are:

• Guest centric.. and see the journey through the eyes of the guest!
• Innovative, creative and excited by change.
• A sociable character who your team will follow, yet also analytical, monitoring guest feedback, business volumes and helping the GM/ commercial team to capitalise the right opportunities.
• Effective in time management, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• An empathetic individual who builds the best relationships both with the team and our guests.
• Resilient and with the ability to keep calm and bounce back when things don't go to plan.
