● Working pattern - Varied hours of full time work, 37.5 hours per week across seven days to include earliest start time 7am - latest finish time 8pm , evenings and weekends.

● Salary - The salary for this role is £ 11.44 - 12.00 GBP hourly.
● Contract type - This is a 6 month fixed term contract. Applicants need to be available for the full 6 month duration March - September (excluding holiday entitlement)
About the role
To work as part of the hotel team to deliver and maintain a first-rate guest experience through the focus on the delivery of market leading customer service. To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Front of House Duties
-
Interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge on drinks and food.

Resolving guest/Complaints at the first point of contact
-
Taking orders, checking back, and assisting with queries.

Liaising with the kitchen team to fully understand the menu.
-
Development and knowledge of food and wine, upselling and recommending where appropriate.

Clearing down and setting tables.

Working behind the bar, serving drinks and taking orders for food
Swimming Pool Duties
-
Run the day to day operation of the pool including, pool house, shop and changing rooms.

Ensuring Pool safety procedures are adhered to at all times
-
Maintain pool equipment and pool amenities for guests as required.

Upholding all policies and standards of food hygiene and Health and Safety.

Providing basic first aid within the complex as required

Checking in and out guests at the poolside, ensuring all guests have a valid member or Partner card.

Distribute bands and enforce pool rotation on busy days

Prepare the enclosure by getting out and putting away the furniture each day.
