Job title: Hot Tub Manager
Location: Green Hill Farm Holiday Village
Pay: c. £24,497.20 to 26,262.60 per annum pro-rated (Full time Equivalent £28,000 to £30,000 pa)
Hours: Average of 35 hours per week over 52 weeks (peak season up to 40 hours, this will then reduce in the off season)
Shifts: Between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Flexibility on working hours will be required.
Days: Must be available to work Mondays and Fridays. Two days off per week in peak season.
Contract: Permanent-Annualised.
Live In: Not available with this role

The Hot Tub Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of a small team that will service, clean and maintain a fleet of holidaymaker & private hot tubs.
This role is perfect if you are looking for a role that still pays you consistently 12 months of the year, but you are required to work fewer hours over the quieter winter months and more during the peak summer months.

What will you do?
- Recruit, coach & manage a team to deliver first class guest standards.
- Manage daily operations, including the organisation and co-ordination of the cleaning and testing activities for the hot tub team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Liaise with the General Manager to ensure financial cost targets are met.
- Train and review team performance regularly.
- Ensure that we follow company policies and S.O.P.S in line with H&S legislation.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of hot tubs, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for guest use.
- Ensure that hot tub operations are conducted safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to enhance the overall guest experience
- Collaborate with the whole park team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend relevant courses that relate to the role
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and loves interacting with customers. Previous leadership experience is required to look after a team of up to 6 people, and knowledge of health and safety hot tub legislation would be advantageous.
The role will involve periods of standing/physical activity and working unsupervised.
A training course in Hot Tub Management & Maintenance will be provided.
