• The candidate will support a range of events throughout the academic calendar including but not limited to graduation, freshers and open days
• Operational Efficiency: Manage hospitality area, ensuring it is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
• Ensuring every detail of service delivery is executed flawlessly.
• Must be able to work evening and weekends/ flex working hours to suite the demands of business.
• Support the outlets / retail manager in quite periods of hospitality service
• Assisting with the loading /unloading of deliveries
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards, including hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety, and COSHH.
• Financial Management: assist the contract director in achieving financial targets
• ensure all bookings are recorded and invoiced correctly
• Attend any hospitality related meetings.
• Acting as the go-to person between clients, Front of House, and catering teams.
• Bring ideas and innovation to the hospitality department
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
