Swift Referrals are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for experienced commercial leaders. We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into the role of Hospital Director within our Specialist-led, multi-discipline referral hospital in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
At Swift we have a large team of talented veterinary professionals including: our referral clinicians, which are led by two European Specialists; hospital clinicians who support our referral departments and run our out-of-hours service; nursing and ACA teams who provide gold standard care to our patients; and our client care team, who provide our clients with the best service.

Responsibilities:

*Exhibit financial acumen to support sound decision-making.
Role Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years management experience in a large commercial environment.
*Proven track record of delivering financial results in a commercial role.
*Strong people management skills.
