Priory Hospital Barnt Green is a 33 Bed inpatient mental health service consisting of a 13 bed mixed gender Acute service, a 10 bed female PICU service and a 10 bed mixed gender Private Acute service, providing expert treatment for a range of mental health challenges.

Set within a spacious and well designed modernised environment, beautifully located in the Lickey Hills Country Park, it is located in a tranquil setting. We provide a peaceful and homely feel, offering the perfect environment for our patients to receive specialist support.

Our beautiful site and welcoming hospital environment help our patients on their road to recovery. Our stunning building comprises single-occupancy bedrooms with en-suite facilities, providing the utmost privacy and comfort for our patients.

What you need

We are looking for Hospital Director, ideally with a clinical background. Due to the size and stability of the hospital, we will consider people looking to step up so this could be your next challenge in your career.

If you have a background in the below areas, we would like to hear from you:

• Extensive experience working at a senior level; preferably within a similar setting.
• Seasoned leader, with operational and financial planning experience.
• Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
• Experience of making informed decisions sometimes in difficult circumstances.
• Experience of leading a diverse team.
• Extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare.
• Strong track record of innovation and making changes to the operation to further improve the work environment and site performance.
