Person specification
Experience
Essential criteria
- Proven experience of and demonstrable achievement in managing health/social care or other people related service
- Management of resourced (both people and financial) with a good track record of change management, efficiency savings and financial recovery plans
- Experience of producing high quality reports
Desirable criteria
- Experience of managing a diverse team (multi-site)
- Measurable track record in involving and motivating staff to improve performance
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Ability to present highly complex and emotive information clearly and openly with staff
- Ability to analyse and interpret performance and financial information
- Awareness and understanding of the Health & Social Care Act
Desirable criteria
- Ability to see through tasks to their successful conclusion within timescales and budgets
- Good performance management skills combining clarity around expectations, direction and holding others to account
- Good understanding of the political landscape and challenges in which health and social care operate
Effort and Environment
Essential criteria
- Resilient and self-motivated with drive and vision , a can do attitude and is able to work on own initiative and manage a range of priorities
Other requirements

- Mobility to travel across sites
- Demonstrate a commitment to respecting and displaying the Trust's values at all times
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree/diploma level or equivalent experience
- Post graduate qualification to masters or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level
- Evidence of management and leadership development
