Recruitment Branch Manager

Hornchurch, Essex

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus bonus scheme

Manorcourt Homecare, a Top 20 rated care provider, are recruiting for a Manager for our domiciliary care agency in Hornchurch.

About you:

You will have a strong background in a temporary agency environment and will oversee the delivery of care hours within the branch with an emphasis on quality, service and business growth. Working with a team of coordinators and care professionals you will ensure the quality of care being delivered is to a high standard and meets all regulations set out by the Care Quality Commission.

We are looking for someone with a caring, considerate and driven attitude. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and financial performance of the branch. Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

About the branch:

The Harlow office is centrally located and provides domiciliary care to a number of local people across Hornchurch and the surrounding areas. The branch delivers around 1000 hours of high standard care each week and is rated 9.2 on homecare.co.uk.
