About this Role

We are looking to recruit a Head of Year acting as the primary pastoral leader, managing safeguarding,attendance and wellbeing, particularly for those students who are morevulnerable (including those with SEND, who are disadvantaged, Looked after,have a social worker or are Young Carers).

The ideal candidate will:

• be qualified in GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade 4 / C)
• have experience working with children of mixed age ranged, preferably in a school environment
• have experience working in a Pastoral role
• have excellent communication skills
