About this Role
Humberston Academy is an oversubscribed'outstanding' academy located in an affluent area of North East Lincolnshire. WithOfsted recognising the outstanding practice in place for Behaviour and Attitudes,Safeguarding and Personal Development, our students are in safe hands withregards to expert support. HumberstonAcademy achieved 'World Class Schools' status in December 2019 andre-accredited in 2022. Humberston Academy continues to deliver incredible opportunitiesto young people with a specific focus on STEM enrichment and favourable linksto the apprenticeships industry as well as traditional route towards highereducation.

About the role
- Lead a team oftutors
- Coordinating Yeargroup Parents Evening
- Monitoring of behaviour,engagement and attainment
- Co-ordinatereward events
- Co-ordinatestudents on report
- Liaison withparents and carers of Year group students
- Delivery of Yeargroup assemblies and line ups
- Support theanalysis of Year group attainment/progress/attendance data in order to identifykey under-performance and work effectively to rectify
- Report within SLTwhere required on impact and strategies within your remit.
- Pro-activelysupport and lead Year group Theme Days
- Liaise with staff/organisations/agenciesresponsible for CEIAG to offer the right career pathways
- Liaiseeffectively with Student Guidance Managers responsible for Year group
- Pro-activelysupport duty with Year group
- Support anyresidential and day trips for Year group students
- Be part of upholdingstandards and expectations around the academy.Part of a SLTrota for supporting challenging behavior and supporting colleagues.
Salary
- TLR 2.1 £3527.00

Someone who is able to demonstrate pastoral care towards students.
