About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Video Post Production to lead and manage our in-house video post-production team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for overseeing workflows across multiple projects, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality content across all channels.
You will be the central point of coordination between creative, production, and post teams-managing schedules, resources, and processes across editing, colour grading, Flame, and CGI.
As a Head of Video Post Production you will cover the following
- Post-Production Management
- Oversee the full post-production process from ingest through to final delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Build and maintain efficient post-production workflows across all disciplines
- Act as the primary liaison between creative, production, and post teams
- Tools and NAS Management/ oversight
- Team Leadership
- Manage and support a team of editors, colourists, Flame artists, and CGI artists
- Allocate resources effectively across projects based on priorities and deadlines
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
- Identify training and development needs within the team
- Workflow & Operations
- Design, implement, and optimise post-production pipelines
- Ensure consistency in file management, version control, and delivery standards
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement scalable solutions
- Manage post-production schedules, bookings, and capacity planning
- Quality Control
- Maintain high creative and technical standards across all outputs
- Oversee review and feedback processes
- Ensure deliverables meet platform and brand specifications
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate timelines, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders
- Manage expectations across creative, marketing, and production teams
- Support project planning from a post-production perspective
About you
- Essential
- Proven experience as a Post Producer, Senior Post Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows across:
- Editing (e.g. Premiere Pro / Avid)
- Colour grading
- Flame / finishing
- CGI / VFX pipelines
- Experience managing multiple high-volume projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Desirable
- Experience in a brand, agency, or in-house studio environment
- Knowledge of asset management systems and workflow tools
- Understanding of broadcast, social, and digital delivery formats
- Experience scaling or building post-production teams
