About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join the growth team during a channel expansion. You will lead the work on activating display & video ads campaigns on Google Ads as well as expanding our footprint in paid search channels. You will be leading User Acquisition and reporting to the VP of Growth.

As an ideal candidate, you have background in performance marketing and D2C subscriptions and have experience managing efficiently multi-channel paid acquisition at profit. We are seeking a combination of strong leadership, analytical mindset, and great execution.

Your work will be pivotal in helping Inflow scale-up in the next stage of our journey.

Responsibilities

    • Lead the multi-channel acquisition strategy for a portfolio of ADHD products.
    • Own, mature, and automate processes for channel evaluation, channel experimentation, media planning, and media investment management.
    • Own and define the orchestration of multi-channel campaigns and value optimisation models for Meta & Google Ads.
    • Spearhead execution on new channel exploration and activation.
    • Constantly audit performance by channel, campaign, and creative; identify opportunities for improvement and define growth strategies to exploit them.
    • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting for performance optimisation.
    • Continuously partner with Data Science on automated reporting, performance measurement, and data models to drive maximum efficiency of our media investment.
    • Partner with Brand & Creative to build process-level synergy between creative production and media planning and a consistent creative testing pipeline.
    • Liaise with Product and Engineering on ad tech implementation, alignment of product journey, exploration of opportunities, and new channel activation.
    • Coach and support other UA and Growth managers.

Job requirements

    • 6+ years in UA with 3+ years in a Lead or Head role.
    • Background in Marketing, Advertising, Media & Communication.
    • Hands-on experience directly managing ad campaigns with Google Ads.
    • Past experience in scaling multiple channels from 0 to 1 (in at least 2 different channels).
    • Breadth of marketing channels: you have worked with paid social (FB/IG, TT, Snap), paid search (Google Ads, ASA), video advertising (YT Ads, TV/CTV), affiliates, and sponsorships (newsletter, webinar, podcast).
    • Performance obsessed with a solid grasp of UA and performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPR, CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, ROAS).
    • Have excellent understanding of the mobile and paid social space, including upcoming trends, channel growth tactics, and optimisation strategies.
    • Comfortable diving into the weeds of the ad platform or channel to unearth winning strategies and double down on them.
    • Highly analytical and at home with attribution, incrementality, and measurement tools (MMP, Event Manager, BI, Product Analytics, etc.).
    • A methodological person familiar with fast iterative testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimisations to identify replicable campaigns, creative concepts, and targeting strategies.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills. You can simplify complex topics and explain them clearly and concisely.
    • Strong people skills (coaching, mentoring, interpersonal communication).
