Joining us as a Head of Treasury

You'll play a critical role in shaping and running a newly established treasury function within a fast-growing, private-equity-backed business, operating at the centre of funding, liquidity and financial governance.

You'll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, and a performance related bonus.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Run day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, drawdowns and payment approvals
• Own treasury governance, controls, policies and compliance across debt facilities and risk management
• Deliver board, lender and covenant reporting for c.£5bn of facilities, including EMIR and ISDA oversight
• Manage banking and lender relationships, handling queries, KYC, derivatives and ancillary wallet activity
• Build and mature the treasury function through process improvement, automation and strong cross-finance partnering

What you'll bring to the role

An experienced Treasury professional with a strong track record of operating in a P/E-backed environment, bringing confidence, structure and sound judgement to a fast-paced and highly governed organisation.

You'll also bring:

• Experience delivering under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Relevant Treasury and/or Accounting qualifications (ACT / AMCT and / or CIMA / ACCA / ACA or similar)
• Strong technical and analytical capability, with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to solve problems and see delivery through to completion
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• A structured approach, with the discipline to establish clarity, control and consistency
