Job Description

As a Head of Transformation Office (TO) you will be responsible for managing the TO, delivering the Bankable Plan, sustainable planning and execution of initiatives, mobilising senior leadership, and building organisational mindsets, behaviours, and capabilities for the new ways of working.

This is either a 12 month secondment or 12 month Fixed Term contract reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will be part of the strategy team, who will be executing our Bankable Plan and shape our strategy and plans as the organisation continues to grow.

What you will do

  • Understand key workstreams impacts, initiatives and track progress vs Bankable Plan targets and P&L impact
  • Prepare and review key reports, and ensure timely communication within the TO and to senior/ external stakeholders (e.g., Steerco, ExCo, ELT)
  • Act as the primary liaison between workstream leads, initiative owners, and senior management and break down organisational barriers for collaboration to ensure maximum value delivered
  • Define and lead the weekly TO cadence and drive program governance process
  • Detail focused to identify initiative issues/ roadblocks/ delays, define actions to unblock and follow up to ensure "course correction"
  • Develop, refresh, and deliver the transformation pipeline, liaising with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Ensure financial reconciliation of program impact, forecasted impact, and P&L impact

Qualifications

  • Experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting or investment banking in a Transformation setting highly preferred
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex, large-scale transformation projects
  • Leadership and Influence: Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate business leaders and teams. Able to generate strong standing and credibility across the organisation
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and engaging various stakeholders
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to problem-solve and facilitate problem-solving among others
  • Change Management: Knowledge of transformational change management methodologies and tools. Ability to lead change and manage resistance
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools
