• A strong engineering/commercial background with a degree qualification.
• Extensive experience in project management within the engineering service industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
