The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us grow TentBox in the UK and across Europe. You'll be a key part of the team, working on campaigns that bring in new customers and keep our marketing spend efficient.

You'll work with the Head of Performance Marketing and other teams to plan, run, and improve campaigns across different channels including paid ads, affiliate marketing, SEO, and more, while ensuring reporting dashboards and tracking are set up for success. Your goal will be to drive measurable results and help us hit our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media - Hands on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including build, optimization, creative testing and reporting. Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving cost per acquisition (CPA). Experience across additional paid media platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit is desirable.
  • Tracking & Analytics - Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and web tracking implementation, including Consent Mode configuration. Using tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale to build dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Testing & Optimization - Designing and implementing A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates. Continuously iterating campaigns based on data and learnings.
  • SEO - Delivering strong organic performance in niche sectors, with a particular focus on content strategy and link acquisition. Developing and executing SEO roadmaps to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Affiliate Marketing - In-house management of our affiliate program, with a strong focus on cultivating partnerships with content publishers, influencers, and editorial platforms. Developing strategies to grow affiliate-sourced revenue in line with business objectives.
  • International Markets - Proven results in the French and/or German markets is a strong advantage, while French or German language skills are desirable but not essential.
  • Budget & Forecasting - Ownership of channel budgets and forecasting, ensuring spend is effectively allocated to meet growth targets. Regularly reporting on KPIs, performance against targets, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration - Working closely with the content, product, and commercial teams to develop campaign assets and aligning campaigns messaging with CRM and social teams. Managing relationships with external partners and platform representatives to stay up to date with best practices and new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth D2C or ecommerce environment
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on ROI and CPA optimisation
  • Proven track record of improving organic performance through content-led SEO strategies and link-building initiatives
  • Experience managing content focussed affiliate marketing programs, including outreach and relationship management with publishers and influencers
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for ads and landing pages to optimise conversion rates
  • Direct experience planning and executing campaigns in international markets (France and/or Germany preferred)
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, event tracking and Consent Mode
  • Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and growth levers
  • Curious and proactive in staying ahead of platform changes and industry trends
  • Fluent in English; French or German language skills are a plus but not essential
