Purpose of the Role
The Head of Super Prime Lettings will lead and grow Chestertons' presence in the ultra-high-net-worth residential lettings market across London. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with UHNW clients, overseeing the marketing and letting of properties commanding rents in excess of £5,000 per week, and ensuring the highest possible service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement a growth strategy for Chestertons' super prime lettings portfolio.
- Lead a dedicated department, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion, and proactive client care.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Lettings, and Marketing teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for UHNW landlords, family offices, and international property investors.
- Maintain an active network of private client advisors, relocation agents, embassies, and luxury lifestyle organisations.
- Deliver unprecedented service, ensuring confidentiality, trust, and repeat business.
Business Development
- Identify and secure new super prime instructions through market intelligence, networking, and direct approaches.
- Attend high-profile industry events, networking opportunities, and international roadshows as Chestertons' ambassador.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep Chestertons at the forefront of the sector.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee compliance, legal documentation, and tenancy processes to ensure flawless execution and adherence to regulations.
- Approve marketing materials, photography, videography, and PR activity to showcase properties to an elite audience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, revenues, and market share.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Extensive track record in prime or super prime London residential lettings.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with UHNW individuals and their representatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of lettings legislation, compliance, and market dynamics.
Desirable:
- Multilingual skills and international client exposure.
- Existing network of private wealth advisors, luxury brands, and international agencies.
- Experience with off-market transactions.
