DESCRIPTION

The Consumables supply chain has a wealth of opportunity for innovation. The Head of SSCM - Availability and Inventory will lead our strategic endeavor to improve our Access to Supply, and the downstream availability and speed of delivery for customers. You will work at the heart of Everyday Essentials, responsible for some of the most critical inputs. You will be required to innovate in how we operate with vendors so that we improve our inventory efficiency whilst also helping vendors do business with us. You will work closely with strategic partner teams, especially EIM and SCOT AIM, as well as liaising across regions (JP and US mainly). You will partner within Consumables with CL Directors and operate at c-suite level with our most strategic vendors. This role leads a team of SSCMs that you will continue to develop and raise the bar.

About the team
The role is flexible on location. Can be based in any EU5 corporate HQ + Lux. You will lead a team of Consumables SSCMs, all of whom operate pan EU. The team members are focused on either topic expertise (e.g. Perfect Inbound) or GL SMEs. In addition, all SSCMs have vendor responsibility.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Operational or logistics experience, ideally within Amazon or a company within the FMCG industry
