Head of Strategic Planning - Lincoln

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and visionary Head of Strategic Planning to lead our strategic planning team and drive forward our sales and operations planning process . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, in sales, operations, and supply chain management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement sales and operations planning strategies to meet business goals.
• Lead and manage the sales and operations planning team, ensuring alignment with business plans and objectives in the medium to long term.
• Collaborate with senior management as well as cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Work with Sales & Regional teams to forecast demand and adjust plans accordingly.
• Prepare and present strategic plans and forecasts for delivering our business plan.
• Develop, manage and maintain the capacity models for the business to ensure business plans are achieved.
• Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the S&OP process

What you Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and operations planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in sales and operations planning software, SAP and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
