As the Head of Spanish, you will play a crucial role in leading the Spanish department, establishing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for both students and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Spanish department
• Oversee and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning in Spanish

• Organize and coordinate extracurricular activities related to Spanish language and culture

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialization in Spanish or a related field
• Postgraduate degree in Spanish or Education (desirable)
• Significant experience teaching Spanish, ideally at a secondary school level
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Passionate about promoting Spanish language acquisition and cultural awareness
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in Spanish education
