Your new role at NewDay

The Platform business continues to take shape, and we have clients ready to integrate our services.

As our interim Head of Client Solutions, you'll lead our team of platform, tech & customer journey specialists in representing our clients to Product teams, and our Product teams to clients.

You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that our NewTech platform meets client and customer needs and that the client understands and optimises their operation on our platform.

We're looking for role models who can challenge the status quo and drive our Platform forwards for our clients, by continuously asking "What's next?"

You'll deliver

  • A clear understanding of customer and client problems that need to be solved, to onboard new clients of all sizes and complexities onto our greenfield platform, plus improvements for existing clients to drive happiness and value.
  • Relationships with clients, Product, Business Development, Client Management and Delivery. Trusted to use your expertise in finding the right path to tackle problems, with and through your team, instilling a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team management - flow of work, allocation, tapping into their expertise to make things happen.

What you'll bring

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

  • Diplomacy with low ego. Strategic, consultative, commercially astute, technically savvy, and personable with outstanding communication skills.
  • PaaS with digital & agent servicing - a deep understanding of how digital solutions can improve customer experiences and deliver to client needs.
  • Leading teams to analyse complex data and processes, prioritising and breaking down work into actionable tasks through collaboration, sharing a vision and bringing people along a successful journey. Shaping solutions, then working with software architecture teams to go deeper.

And would love you to know or learn:

  • Financial services, particularly the provision of unsecured consumer credit.
  • How to partner with 3rd party suppliers.
