Responsibilities
- Lead and unify the strategic direction and operational execution of the Solution Integration practice across Expleo UK
- Collaborate with Sales teams to define solutions that align with client goals during the sales cycle
- Responsible for delivery of high-quality client solutions, ensuring all clients' projects are properly scoped, completed to schedule & budget with customer expectations exceeded
- Drive strategic workforce planning and talent development within the practice
- Develop and promote new service offerings in response to evolving client needs and technology trends
- Optimise operational methods and processes to enhance delivery efficiency
- Contribute to innovation, research, and development initiatives
- Promote Expleo as an industry thought leader through the publication of articles and speaking at industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Advanced certifications in solution architecture, integration platforms, or leadership (preferred but not essential)
Essential skills
- Proven experience leading a client facing technology or consulting practice at a national level
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, solution integration and software engineering
- Demonstrated success in strategic workforce planning and team leadership
- Ability to collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to shape client-centric solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired skills
- Experience working across multiple sectors (e.g., financial services, automotive & transport, energy & utilities, defence & public sector)
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and integration platforms
- Exposure to innovation and R&D initiatives within a consulting or tech environment
